Oyo 77137 Hotle Castle Inn - Mumbai

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Mumbai that I would highly recommend. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was just opposite the main Mumbai post office and very near to CST station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The value for money of this hotel was also outstanding. The prices were affordable, especially considering the level of service and amenities provided. Speaking of service, the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. Breakfast at the hotel was also a positive aspect, offering a decent selection to start the day off right.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

The location was perfect, right near the railway station and just opposite the main Mumbai post office. It made getting around the city so convenient. During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water we received upon arrival and the free Wi-Fi offered during our stay. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to various tourist attractions and restaurants. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with our queries.

The room we were given was not up to standard, with stained bed linen and a musty smell. The bathroom was not well-maintained, with a clogged drain which caused the bathroom to flood after every shower.

During my Xmas stay, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I loved the fact that it had a rooftop terrace with amazing views and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to important landmarks and public transportation. Lastly, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a long day of sightseeing.

I do have to mention a few negative aspects that could be improved. the hotel did not offer any breakfast, which was a bit of a disappointment, and the Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable.

Some rooms have comfortable beds and a good breakfast is available upon request. there have been complaints about the size of the rooms and the lack of basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and hot water.

The quality of service and cleanliness of the hotel fall far below expectations.
